PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed by the Petitioner / Third Party / Owner of the vehicle seeking a direction to release the vehicle i.e., JCB bearing Registration No.AP 39 D 3806 to teh Petitioner for interim custody, which was seized in Crime No.75 of 2020 on the file of Kavali II Town Police Station, SPSR Nellore District. 2 2. Sri V.R.Machavaram, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that let there be a direction to the Police to give the subject vehicle to the Petitioner for interim custody. 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. The information received from the Court would show that the vehicle which is seized in Crime No.75 of 2020 on the file of Kavali II Town Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, was produced before the concerned Court on 13.10.2025 and it is given Case Property Register (CPR) No.152 / 2025. 5. In that view, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application before the concerned Court for release of the said vehicle and on such application, the learned Magistrate is directed to dispose of the said application according to law, within a period of two weeks therefrom. There shall be no order as to costs.
