No. 5032 of 2014 for the offences registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Amit Gupta, learned JMFC-XXX, Ranchi. 3. During the intervening night of 04 / 05.09.2014, autorickshaw of the Informant was stolen by this petitioner and co-accused persons. 4. Criminal antecedent report of the petitioner, earlier called for, has been received, from perusal of which, it appears that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Gupta, learned JMFC-XXX, Ranchi in connection with Sadar P.S.
