The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 26.05.2023 in WP.No.8776/2023 [KLR-RES]. The operative part of the said order reads as under: ORDER "Petitioners are directed to appear before respondent No.2 on 5th June 2023 and produce the relevant documents to show that a portion of their land is being utilized for road formation. Respondent No.2 shall verify said documents and issue an endorsement wherein he will state as to his opinion whether the land of the petitioners is being so utilized or not and if he comes to the conclusion that it has been so utilized, he will initiate necessary action to have the petitioners duly compensated in accordance with law and the said action would be initiated within two weeks thereafter. The writ petition stand disposed of accordingly." 2. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the said order has been complied with. It has been ascertained that the complainants land was utilized for formation of road. A compensation has also been fixed. She states that the compensation could not be remitted to the complainants as they have not provided the relevant bank details of the land holders. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35589-DB CCC No. 345 of 2025 3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this complaint. 4. It is needless to state that the amount of compensation as determined would be paid to the complainants on the complainants providing the relevant bank details. 5.
