Learned Prosecutor submits that the FIR No. 314/2025 dated 07.10.2025 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC has already been registered against the Petitioner and at this stage, there is no question of quashing of the FIR. 3. Considering the submissions made, the Petition alongwith pending Applications, if disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to join the investigation and to follow the appropriate remedy including quashing of FIR before the appropriate Forum.
