When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that, the police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties and never call the petitioner to the police station. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, respondent-police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
