Case No. 427 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 958 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4), 305 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Garhwa. 3. On 6.08.2024, theft was committed in the house of the Informant. Unknown thieves took away several articles including jewelries and Rs.75,000/- cash. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co- accused Suman Chauhan and Manoj Kumar have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S.
