The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.110 dated 21.09.2024, registered under Sections 21, 29-A of NDPS Act, 1985, Section 25 of Arms Act and under Sections 10, 11, 12 Aircraft Act, 1934, at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, District Gurdaspur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 03.07.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 03.07.2025, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
