The petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 - Hoskote Taluk, to effect revenue entries/mutate/enter the name of the petitioner herein in respect of revenue records pertaining to the land in Sy.No.142 measuring an extent of 3 acres situated at Devanagundi village, Anugondanahalli Hobli, Hoskote Taluk District. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32796 WP No. 23897 of 2025 3. The contention of the petitioner is that her husband late Sri Rangappa was granted with 3 acres of land in Sy.No.142 of Devanagundi village, Anugondanahalli Hobli, Hoskote taluk on 16.01.1993. It is also contended that saguvali chit has been issued in favour of Chandramma, the petitioner herein on 08.06.2023. The petitioner is seeking entry of her name in the revenue records. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk, to verify the records and find out if an order of regularisation was passed by the Committee and whether Saguvali chit was issued in favour of the petitioner. If it is found from the records that the facts stated hereinabove are true, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, after collecting the necessary fee.
