The Court made the following: 3 VS,J C.C.NO.4257 OF 2024 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.17820 of 2024 on 14.08.2024, wherein this Court passed the following order: “….dispose of the Writ Petition directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders, if not yet passed in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” 2. The respondents/contemnors have filed counter-affidavit duly stating that, in compliance with the order passed by this Court and in response to the petitioner’s representation dated 12.04.2024, the Tahsildar/4th respondent herein, has already furnished an endorsement vide Rc.B/205/2024, dated 17.09.2024, directing the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court to obtain legal heir certificate or else to approach the concerned Tahsildar if he requires a family members certificate, especially since he is not residing in the jurisdictional limits of Gannavaram Mandal. 3. 3. As the 4th respondent has already issued an endorsement dated 17.09.2024, which is in fact in compliance with the order passed by this Court, this Court is of the opinion that the respondent has complied with the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.17820 of 2024 on 14.08.2024. 4 VS,J C.C.NO.4257 OF 2024 4. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the endorsement vide Rc.B/205/2024, dated 17.09.2024 passed by the 4th respondent, if at all he is aggrieved by it.
