The present Criminal Miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2052 of 2025, whereby the petitioner was directed to surrender before the Trial Court within six weeks from the date of the order. However, due to her NET examination scheduled in June 2025, the petitioner faced difficulty in surrendering within the stipulated time.
