No. 3702/2025 whereby inadvertently, in the order, at paragraph 10 it has been typed as, “the applicant was directed to be 2 taken in police custody by the EOW/ACB authorities on 20.12.2025 at 5.00 pm. and shall be permitted to perform the post-funeral rites…. instead of 9.00 am. There appears to be an inadvertent typographical error and therefore the same needs to be rectified. Learned counsel for the respondent/State has no objection to the above proposition. Accordingly, the order dated 11.12.2025 is hereby modified to the extent and read as under : “ 10……………. it is directed that the applicant shall be taken in police custody by the EOW/ACB authorities on 20.12.2025 at 9.00 am. and he shall be permitted to perform the post-funeral rites including recitation of Surah Fatiha on 21.12.2025.” Rest of the order dated 11.12.2025 shall remain as it is.
