Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1 to kindly pleased to quash/Set aside the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Kota District Bilaspur C.G. in Revenue Appeal No.22/B- 121/2023-24 (Annexure P-1). 10.2 to kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Perusal of relief and the order which is under challenge would show that writ petition was filed challenging the interim order of stay passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) dated 12.03.2024. 3. According to reply submitted by State, Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) has finalized the proceedings, which is pending before him vide order dated 24.10.2024. 4. In the aforementioned facts of the case where the proceedings of appeal itself has been finalized by Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), therefore, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication by this Court when challenge in this petition is to the interim order passed by Sub- Divisional Officer (Revenue) in appeal. 5. For the aforementioned discussions, the writ petition rendered infructuous. Accordingly it is dismissed. However, petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the final order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) in accordance with law, if he so desire. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Balram
