Counsel for the Petitioner: SRI VIJAY MATHUKUMILLI Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION SRK, J WP No.26980 of 2025 3 The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief. “……..to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 1st respondent in not issuing Government Order duly notifying the intake capacity as granted by the Apex Body i.e. PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) for the B. Pharmacy course of the petitioner Institution as recommended by 2nd respondent through E-file No.2763817, thereby disabling the petitioner institution to participate in the APEAPCET-2025 counselling, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct 1st respondent to forthwith issue the requisite Government Orders notifying the intake capacity, thereby enabling its inclusion in the ongoing counselling process for the academic year 2025- 26.” 2. This Court, on 13.10.2025, passed the following interim order in IA No.2 of 2025. “……… Therefore, respondent No.4-Convenor is directed to include the petitioner institution in the ongoing First Phase Online Counselling for B.Pharmacy admissions for the Academic Year SRK, J WP No.26980 of 2025 4 2025-26 without awaiting issuance of a separate Government Order by 1st respondent, forthwith, subject to the outcome of Writ Petition.” 3. Today, when the matter came up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the said interim order, hence no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
