RAJMM/SUR/GDS/SC/59/2014-15 dated 24.06.2015 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and set aside the same ii. direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to conduct its contractually agreed work at the 5 production installations in Rajahmundry, in furtherance of contract bearing no. RA/MM/SURJGDS/SC/59/2014-15 dated 24.06.2015 for the contractually agreed duration/period, by excluding the dates from which the Respondents restrained the Petitioner from conducting its work/dehydration activities, i.e. from 06.06.2018 till 20.06.2018, thereby extending the dates proportionately from the date of recommencement of work iii. direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to recommence the work/gas dehydration activities as per under contract bearing no.
RAJMM/SUR/GDS/SC/59/2014-15 dated 24.06.2015 and to further not interfere with the work of the Petitioner and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to pass orders directing the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to resuming/conducting its gas dehydration activities/work at its 5 production installations in Rajahmundry, in furtherance of its contract bearing no. RA/MM/SUR/GDS/SC/59/2014-15 dated 24.06.2015 by extending the dates proportionately against the number of days that the Respondent restrained the Petitioner from conducting its works/activities, pending the disposal of the writ petition and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased

Sri D.S. Siva Darshan, learned counsel representing Ms. Rubaina S Khatoon, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed I.A.No.1 of 2022, stating that the petitioner’s grievance was settled by way of an Arbitral Award dated 19.05.2022 and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2022 is allowed and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________________
