The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not considering the Representations of the Petitioner dated 14.03.2024, 27.09.2024, 30.06.2025, 30.08.2025 and 06.09.2025 for reinstatement into service as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Contingement Worker at the Primary Health Centre (PHC), Dharmavaram, on 04.04.2013 and subsequently, he was transferred to Primary Health Centre, Raghavapuram in the year 2013. While so, a Criminal Case vide C.C.No.1032 of 2016 was registered against the Petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 354-B IPC before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Chintalapudi. The trial Court, after full fledged trial, found the Petitioner guilty and convicted for the offence punishable under Section 354-B IPC and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of three years. Questioning the same, the Petitioner filed Crl.A.No.255 of 2018 before the 3 Judge, Family Court-Cum-VII Additional Sessions Judge, West Godavari, Eluru. 3. The Appellate Court vide Judgement dated 25.09.2023 set aside the conviction imposed on the Petitioner by the trial Court and allowed the appeal. In the interrugnum, the Petitioner was temporarily terminated from the service by the Respondent No.3 on 15.02.2017 on account of his involvement in the criminal case. After the order of acquittal was passed by the Appellate Court in the said Criminal Appeal, the Petitioner submitted several representations to the Respondent Authorities to re-engage him into service. As the representations of the Petitioner is not being considered for re- engagement, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4. Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the representations of the Petitioner would be considered as early as possible and appropriate orders will be passed. 5. Considering the fact that the Petitioner was terminated from service temporarily on 15.02.2017 only on account of involvement in a Criminal Case, the Respondents are directed 4 to consider the representations of the Petitioner for reinstatement into service taking note of the Judgment dated 25.09.2023 in Criminal Appeal No.255 of 2018 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-Cum-VII Additional Sessions Judge, West Godavari, Eluru, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
