This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare action of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.5 in respect of the land extent Ac.3.00 cts situated in Sy.No.74-A2 paiki of Gundupapala village, Dornipadu mandal, Kurnool District which is the suit schedule property in O.S.No.46/2020 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Kovelakuntla and forcing the parties not to enter into the land and not to raise any crop in the subject land without following due process of law as arbitrary, illegal and beyond jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1& 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5 in respect of the land extent Ac.3.00 cents situated in Sy.No.74-A2 paiki of Gundupapala village, Dornipadu Mandal, Kurnool District which is the suit schedule property in O.S.No.46/2020 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Kovelakuntla without following due process of law in the interest of justice and pass...”
2. Heard Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Sri Md. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, submits that upon receipt of a complaint from one Rupangudi Sujith Kumar Reddy, the petitioner was called to the police station for inquiry. However, no crime has been registered against the petitioner.
As the dispute appears to be civil in nature, the police advised both parties to approach the competent Civil Court to resolve the matter and work out their respective remedies. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4
