The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad, in view of likelihood of settlement between the parties. Therefore, parties had appeared before the Mediation Centre, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad. The report made available by the Mediation Centre, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad, would indicate that the parties have entered into settlement to join together in terms of the joint settlement memo dated 07.01.2025, the petition is disposed off. 3.
