JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR CHOUDHARY For the Petitioner : None For the State : None 02 / 20.02.25 No one turns up on behalf of either of the parties. Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Pakur Town P.S. Case No. 290 of 2024 registered under Sections 115 (2), 109, 117 (2), 3 (5) of the BNS, 2023. Perusal of the record reveals that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners in furtherance of the common intention with the co-accused persons, caused injury to the informant by assaulting him with rod. It has been averred in the anticipatory bail application that the allegations against the petitioner are all false and those allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
