The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not permitting the Petitioner to discharge his duties as Data Entry Operator in Respondent No.5 Nagar Panchayat, without passing any Orders of Termination, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Data Entry Operator on outsourcing basis through APCOS in the year 2016 and has been performing his duties ever since. 3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner is not being permitted to discharge his duties as Data Entry Operator. 4. Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities passed on the Written Instructions submitted by the Commissioner, Podili Nagar Panchayat, wherein it is mentioned that the Petitioner was employed as Data Entry Operator and was discharging his duties. It is further mentioned that there are no Orders restraining the Petitioner from attending the duties were passed by the 3 Respondent No.5. The relevant portion of the instructions is extracted below: “Finally, it is most humbly submitted that, yes, the Petitioner were working in this ULB and performing his duties and this Office have not issued any orders restraining him to attend duties and further this Office is hereby undertaking that if any actions has to be initiated against his individual, we will follow the due process of law”. 5. In that view, as the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
