Side) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.13850 of 2025 ORDER This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.101 of 2025 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Udhagamandalam, as against the petitioner thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 465, 471, 197, 34 & 37 of IPC. 2. When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with and he shall be represented by a counsel after filing appropriate application. The petitioner shall be present before the Court below at the time of furnishing of copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., and at the time of passing judgment.
