The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 seeking anticipatory bail of the applicant in connection with FIR No. 230/2024 dated 18.11.2024 registered under sections 21/25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS) at P.S.: Crime Branch, Delhi. 2. Vide order dated 07.11.2025, the applicant was protected against arrest during the pendency of this application subject to his joining investigation. It is fairly conceded by learned APP who appears for the State that the applicant has joined investigation and after investigation, chargesheet, has been filed and trial is pending. 3.
