In view of the peculiar facts and the failure of the award holder to ascertain any other tangible assets belonging to the award debtor, CC/15/2024 along with EC/438/2015 stands disposed of by directing the judgment debtor to pay Rs.5,000/- per month by the 1st of every month commencing from the month of August 2025.
