Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with utmost care. 4. Counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that C.R.No.15/15 on the file of CGIT, Bengaluru is posted for arguments. Counsel, therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. Taking note of the submission that C.R.No.15/15 on the file of CGIT, Bengaluru is posted for arguments, the prayer sought by the petitioners cannot be accorded at this juncture.
