The Chairperson, DRAT, New Delhi has already demitted office and Chairperson, DRAT, Kolkata has been given additional charge of hearing the cases pertaining to DRAT, New Delhi. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, the present Petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may file an appropriate application before Chairperson, DRAT, New Delhi for expeditious disposal of the pending Appeal. 4.
