No. 360 of 2025, which got dismissed due to non compliance of the peremptory order dated 28.03.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 28.03.2025 has been complied and S.R. defects, pointed out by the Office, have been removed but after expiry of peremptory time granted by this Court. 4.
