Hence, the learned counsel requests this Court to dismiss this Writ Petition. 2. 3. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the as the impugned order, dated 26.05.2012 passed by the Government of Karnataka, taking over the management and properties of Sri Sosale Vyasaraja Mutt is only for the period of two (2) years i.e., from 2012 to 2014, no cause survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication and the same is liable to be closed. 5.
