This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“... to issue writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in not mutating and uploading the name of the petitioner in online web land revenue records for the land in Sy.No.189 to an extent of Ac.2-20 cents of Nidivelagala Village, Simhadripuram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent to mutate and upload the name of the petitioner for the land in Sy.No.189 to an extent of Ac.2-20 cents of Nidivelagala Village, Simhadripuram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District in the online web land records”. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.20 Cents in Sy.No.189 of Nidivelagala Village, Simhadripuram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District and the subject land is a ancestral property and partitioned the said property by way of registered partition deed dated 16.10.2023 vide registered document No.5389 of 2023. The pattadar passbook was also issued in her favour, possession certificate was also issued by the 4th respondent in her favour and her name was also mutated in the revenue records. 4 HDR,J W.P.No.17738 of 2025
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed an application through Mee-seva on 09.12.2024, requesting to mutate her name in the online web land revenue record. However, even after receipt of the said application, the respondent authorities have neither considered the same nor issued any proceedings till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 5. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that if the petitioner makes a Form-6A application/representation for mutation of her name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law. 6.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit an application in Form No.6A seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of IB Adangals in respect of the subject land, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such application/representation, the respondent authorities concerned shall consider the same and pass

appropriate orders under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, within a period of one (01) month thereafter, in accordance with law. 7.
