The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tebo P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 308(3), 308(4), 308(5), 61(2) & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. at West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur-Chaibasa. On 13.08.2024, Tebo police apprehended the petitioner alongwith co- accused Soma Bodra @ Ganju @ Ganjda from village-Songra forest area. On search, a rifle and three cartridges alongwith naxal literatures were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for about eight months. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. at West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur-Chaibasa, in connection with Tebo P.S.
