The instant petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer to direct the concerned respondent authorities for payment of salary of the petitioner for the period from 1st of July, 2015 to 31st of March, 2016 after making adjustment of amount, already paid as pension, treating his retirement from 31st of March, 2016 in place of 30th of June, 2015 with a further prayer to decide his representation. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 on the strength of instructions, dated 01.07.2025, which is taken on record, submits that claim of the petitioner has already been decided on 04.11.2024 and entire payment has been disbursed in his account on 06.05.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some time to verify the aforesaid fact. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances since, at this stage, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending, therefore, this petition is disposed of with an observation that in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, by order, dated 04.11.2024, or if circumstances so warrant, he is at liberty to approach this Court again.
