1. Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s)
“(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ or writs, order or orders, to respondent authorities to record the name of the petitioner in the revenue record in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the authorities to issue kishan kitab in the name of petitioner, in the interest of justice. 2 (iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that as the claim of petitioner is that revenue authorities due to error has removed the name of petitioner from land khasra No.137/5 (old Khasra No.138/1) for which petitioner has made complaint to the Collector and Collector has directed the Tahsildar for taking action on the complaint. He however further submits that he may be permitted to submit fresh application/representation in accordance with the provisions of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 before the concerned authority and in turn the concerned authority be directed to decide the said application within specified time.
3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking permission to submit an application to be decided, she is having no objection.
4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit appropriate application before competent authority and if such application is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the application following due process of law expeditiously.
5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands
