Perused. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, since the S.C.No.55 of 2013, is stayed as per the orders of this Court in criminal petition and therefore, there is no need to extend the time for disposal of the S.C.No.55 of 2013, which is pending before the learned II Additional District and Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada.
