GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP The Court made the following: 3 Order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the 2nd respondent in disposing of his representation dated 05.08.2024. The petitioner is claiming title over the land admeasuring 505 square yards in Sy.No.7/4 of Yendada Village, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that the petitioner is claiming title over the said property by virtue of the alleged entries in the Adangals. It is submitted that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 or their vendors have registered title documents over the property. 3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the application submitted by the petitioner for conducting a survey is not in accordance with the requirements. It is submitted that the petitioner would have to submit a proper application by annexing a copy of the title documents and also paying the requisite fee for conducting the survey, and upon receipt of such application along with the required documents, the 2nd respondent shall depute the competent authority to conduct a survey by duly notifying all concerned. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh application in accordance with law by furnishing a copy of the title documents and complying with the other requirements with regard to the survey, and it is also made clear that in the event the survey 4 report identifies any encroachment, necessary action shall be taken.
