This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the Respondent No.3 in investigating and filing final report in Crime no.134 of 2018 registered against Respondents no.4 and 5 U/sec 494, 506 of I.P.0 till date as illegal,

arbitrary, violation of procedure contemplated under Criminal Procedure Code and violation of Article 14, 21 of Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondent no-3 to file the final report in Crime no.134 of 2018.”
2. Sri T.D.Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that let there be a direction to the Police to conclude investigation in Crime No.134 of 2018 and file a report. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents - Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.134 of 2018 on the file of Chinaganjam Police Station, Prakasam District, if not concluded, and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
