ORDER
This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in payment of the final bill amount of Rs.12,19,868/- in respect of the works vide proceedings dated 05.02;204. 2. Ms.
Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, on written instructions dated 18.10.2025 submitted that the authorities have admitted to pay an amount of Rs.12,52,349/- and prayed to grant three (03) months time for payment of the amount. 3. Sri T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for receiving the amount and also for granting time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned authority to pay to the petitioner the admitted amount of Rs.12,52,349/- within a period of three (03)months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
