This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No 2 in not acting on his substance of information provided dated 09.09.2020 as per the procedure contemplated u/s 154(3) of Cr.P.C in investigating the case himself or direct an investigation to be made by any police officer subordinate to him in the manner provided by this code as illegal arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violations of Article 14, 16, 19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No 2 to act in accordance with procedure contemplated u/s 154 3 of Cr.P.C and pass”
2. Heard Sri S.Santhosh, learned counsel representing Sri Jada Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a case of non- registration of F.I.R.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time to get instructions in the matter.
5. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum, if in case, the F.I.R. is not registered.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
