The accused/applicant has moved this Third Bail Application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.134/2022, registered at Police Station Baloda, District Janjgir Digitally signed by R NIRALA 2 Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 307 & 302 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that till date 19 witnesses have been examined including the IO and remaining have to be examined, therefore, the Trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. 3. In CRMP No.3299/2025, which was listed today for extension of time, the prayer made by the concerned Trial Court has been allowed and further 2 month’s time has been granted to the concerned Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of 2 months from today. 4.
