Issue writ of mandamus along with directions to the learned V Addl. Family Court, Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.No.327/2021 arising out of an order of maintenance passed in Crl.Misc. No.637/2018 vide Annexure-A, to act in accordance with law, issue recovery warrant or warrant of arrest against the Respondent; and 2. To issue such other directions to the learned V Addl.
