I have considered the above submission and since the error in the affidavit is apparent, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty with a cost of Rs.100/- to be deposited by the counsel for the petitioner in the High Court Bar Association, Allahabad within one week.
