This contempt case has been filed complaining the willful disobedience in implementing the order of this Court dated 21.06.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.11391 of 2021. At the stage of admission of the writ petition, this Court directed the respondent Nos.2 to 5 therein, particularly respondent No.4 to look into the petition dated 17.05.2021 submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three weeks after giving opportunity to all the aggrieved persons. Complaining that the order of the Court was not complied with, the present contempt case is filed. 2. As it is represented that the order of the Court dated 21.06.2021 is not complied with till the date of order dated 30.08.2025, this Court issued Form-I notice to all the respondents. 3. Accordingly, all the respondents are present. On behalf of the respondents, learned counsels would submit that in view of the request for police protection by the Panchayat Secretary, the Circle Inspector and Sub Inspector have inspected the land so as to provide protection for demolition and in the said process, the unofficial respondents agreed to remove the constructions made on public road voluntarily and they have removed the same and the public road belonging to the Gram Panchayat is restored and as on today, there is no obstruction. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels for respondents and on perusal of the photographs placed before this Court, this Court is satisfied that the respondents took steps to implement the orders of the Court. 5. In view of the same, further adjudication in this Contempt Case is not required. 6. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
