THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 27798 of 2021 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, direction, order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of 3ri respondent in calling the petitioner to the Police station without registering FIR and harassing the petitioner by directing him to stay in the Police Station by way of making repeated phone calls and pressurizing him to settle the issues with the 4th Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the Principles of natural Justice and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents No 3 not to call the petitioner to the Police station without any reason and to pass.…”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter.
3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance.
4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
