GP FOR MUNCIPAL ADMN URBAN DEV 3 The Court made the following : ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a Writ, Order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the complaint of the petitioners dated 28.06.2021 in providing police aid in implementing the orders of this Hon’ble court passed in W.P.No.10403 of 2020 and W.P.No.16805 of 2020 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violations of Article 14, 16, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to provide police aid in implementing the orders of this Hon’ble court considering the Contempt Case No.592 of 2020 into consideration and to pass...…” 2. Heard Ms. K.Krishna Deepthi, learned counsel representing Sri Jada Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioners. 4. On perusal of the material available on record, it shows that W.P.Nos.10403 and 16805 of 2020 are pending, wherein petitioners obtained interim direction. For non-compliance of such interim direction, petitioners filed C.C.No.592 of 2020 and the same is still pending. 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies since the W.P.Nos.10403 and 16805 of 4 2020 along with C.C.No.592 of 2020 are pending before the Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
