This is an application filed by the applicant for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the non-applicant towards arrears of maintenance. 2. The non-applicant has objected to allow the applicant to withdraw the amount as the non-applicant has challenged the order passed by the Family Court after remanding back the matter granting the applicant maintenance amount. She has stated that, the applicant herself is a lawyer and she is having her own source of income and, therefore, she is not entitled for the maintenance. 3. Heard both the learned Counsel for the parties. 4. The non-applicant has deposited the amount on 18.06.2022 since then she has not withdrawn the amount.
