KADAPA DISTRICT 2 ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in payment of sanctioned R and R compensation amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lakh Rupees) to each Petitioner herein as entitled under G.O.RT.No. 312, Water Resource Department, Dt. 06.07.2023 and G.O.Rt. No. 323, Water Resources (R and R-A2) Department, dt.24.06.2020, as a compensation for submersion of House A-277 included in S.E.S vide no. 234 of P. Ananthapuram village, Kondapuram Mandal, Kadapa District due to development of GNSS-Gandikota Reservoir Project is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation And Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation And Resettlement Act, 2013, the Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy, 2005 and further violative of Art.14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to take further action and expeditiously pay the aforementioned due amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- each to the Petitioner no. 10,00,000/- each to the Petitioner no. 1 and 2 herein along with interest 24 percentage per annum from the date of acquisition till the date of actual payment and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct Respondents herein to take further action in respect of proceedings Ref no.
