Page 2 of 4 4^ SRS,J W,P.No.9602 of 2025 2. Heard Sri J.U.M.V. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appeared for respondents 2 and 6, and Sri K.V. Ram Rao, learned Standing Counsel appeared for respondents 3 to 5. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been in possession and enjoyment of plot Nos.47, 48 & 28 of Joharpuram Village, Kurnool Mandal. The Tahsildar issued possession certificates in favour of the petitioners vide R.C.B.Nos.2083/20 11 & 2023/2011, dated 14.05.2013. The petitioners made the aforementioned Mee- seva applications seeking to release the power connection. However, the power connection has not been released. Sri K.V. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel submitted the instructions of the Deputy Executive Engineer, Distribution Sub-Division-2, APSPDCL, Kurnool vide Lr.No:Dy.EE/DSD-2 SD/KNL/JE/F.No./D.No.79/25, dated 17.04.2025. Learned counsel would submit that the petitioners did not submit relevant documents to verify the same. The authorities called the petitioners on several occasions. However, the petitioners did not respond. Learned counsel also would submit that if the petitioners submit all the relevant documents, respondent No.5 will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. 4. 5. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners will submit the possession certificates issued by the Tahsildar and the documents, if any, in their possession to respondent No.5, within 10 days. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the petitioners to submit the possession certificates and the dpcuments, if any, in their possession to respondent No.5.
