GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.32522 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed challenging the Form-V notice issued on 03.11.2025 under Rule 16(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 and Section 3(3) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 by the 5th respondent. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. 3. As this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, notice to 6th respondent is dispensed with. 4. Though the notice contemplates for submission of objections by 11.11.2025, because of old age ailments the petitioner has not submitted her explanation within time. But, she has submitted her explanation on 15.11.2025 to the authorities. Now, the respondent authorities are trying to change the webland 4 without considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition. 5. Considering the said submissions, without going into the merits of the case, if the respondent authorities have not passed any orders pursuant to the notice dated 03.11.2025, they are directed to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner on 15.11.2025 before taking any decision. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
