Case No. 88 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 69, 77, 79 of the BNS and under Sections 66(A), 67(A), 67B of the I.T. Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has established sexual relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2025. 5. From the reading of the FIR, it appears that it is a case of consensual sex between the two consenting adults. 6.
