ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioner seeking the following relief:
“... to issue an order, proceeding or a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not conducting any investigation into the FIR No.262/2020 dt.19-9-2020 C.K.Dinne P.S., Kadapa district, against the respondents 8 to 9 and also declaring the action of the respondents nos.2 to 4 in not taking any legal action against the respondents 8 to 9 regarding the offences committed by arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct investigation and enquiry and later file their charge sheet against the respondents 5 to 9 into the FIR No.262/2020 dt. 19-09-2020 C.K.Dinne PS., Kadapa district, and to take action as per law, and pass ....”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
The grievance of the Petitioner is that respondent Police did not complete the investigation pertaining to Crime No.252 of 2020 of C.K.Dinne Police Station, Kadapa, which was registered against the unofficial respondents.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition.
In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are
directed to complete the investigation with regard to the subject crime and file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not completed so far. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
