ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in issuing Transferable Developmental Rights (TDR) in favour the S"" respondent for an extent of Ac.0.10 cents of land in Survey No. 114/1 A, situated at Thimminaidupalem Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupati District, for formation of a master plan 80 feet road. It is submitted that the petitioner and the 6'" respondent are contesting
2. O.S.No.893 of 2024 on the file of the learned III Additional Junior Civil Judge Tirupati, with respect to Ac.0.10 cents of land in Survey No. 114/1 A. Unmindful of the pendency of litigation and when the title to the property is seriously contested between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, the 2"'^ respondent could not have issued any TDR bonds in favour of the 6*'’ respondent. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2""' respondent, on written instructions submits that the land admeasuring Ac.0.10 cents in Survey No. 114/1A is not effected for road widening purposes as per the master plan and that the 80 feet road is cutting across Survey No. 106/4 and not in Survey
3. N0.114/1A. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
