CRLR No.191 of 2025
Hon’ble Alok Mahra, J.
Mr. Vinod Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Rohit Kakkar,
learned counsel for respondents.
3. Present criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 21.03.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Case No. 133 of 2020 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby the revisionist was
directed to pay interim maintenance to the respondents.
4.
Learned counsel for the revisionist would submit that the present revision has become infructuous inasmuch as the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has since been finally decided by the court below vide
order dated
21.04.2026.
5. A copy of the said order has been produced before this Court and is taken on record.
6.
Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid submission.
7. In view of the above, since the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. have already culminated in a final
order dated 21.04.2026, the challenge
to the interlocutory order granting interim maintenance does not survive for consideration.
8. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
9. The final order dated 21.04.2026 passed by the court below is taken on record.
10. Registry is directed to paginate the said order and place it on the record of the case.
