GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “....Pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 3 and 4 in continuously harassing threatening and compelling the petitioner to settle his self acquired properties in favour of the 5th respondent as illegal arbitrary highhanded violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere in any manner with the personal and property disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent and pass” 2. Heard Sri Naga Praveen Vankayalapati, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that basing on the complaint of his wife, a case has been registered against the petitioner herein for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 79, 351(1) of B.N.S. and has been investigated into. He further submits that the police never insisted him to register the property in the name of his wife by interfering in the family affairs. 4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner.
